I get the error when trying to connect using SQLPlus as well as when I'm using Forms Builder.
I'm running Win2k Pro; the Oracle server I'm trying to connect to is version 9i. The server is located at my school, and the client (my computer) is at home. I get the error whenever I do anything with any Oracle application that requires connecting to the database.
