Legato Storage Manager lsm

Hi there,
In the Oracle 8i and 9i CD, they come with Legato Light. It is stored in the folder lsm. The file name is lsm57_nt.exe. I would like to find out if this lsm is good for window 2000 server or not. I extract it and the readme file shows all info for NT. Also the time stamp for the file is March 2000. So I wonder if it's good for WIN2K.

If not, how about the Veritas for Online Tape Backup. Is it a good choice other than Legato ?
