Forms 6.0 under HP-UX 11.0 - can't connect to server

Hello,
I'm trying to install Forms 6.0.5.0.3 under HP-UX 11.0. The problem is that when connecting to 8.1.6 and 8.1.7 servers both sqlplus (8.0.5) and Forms designer crash (segmentation fault) somewhere in OCISessionBegin function.
Does anybody know any solution?
