Step 1. Open the book named "Utilities", you can find it in http://tahiti.oracle.com , shortcut UTI.
Step 2. Read chapter 3, "SQL*Loader Concepts". Step 3. Read chapter 4, "SQL*Loader Case Studies". Step 4. Start your experiments.
