autotrace in sqlplus for single queries.
tkprof + sql_trace + timed_statistics for unit testing/tuning
statspack for instance awareness
dbms_profiler for stored procedures
[Quoted] all come with -- you have them already. pretty much all I ever use. black and white text, no colorful graphs to throw you off track..
