Index matrix

I am looking for the SQL code that would generate a matrix of indexes in an instance.
The matrix would have a list of all indexed columns on the y axis and a list of user names on the x axis with a mark for each index that each user currently has.

Each of my users has a very similar set of tables.
Does anyone have something similar or have an interest in it?
