There is a lot of software at the high-end. No doubt Oracle itself as well as the likes of PeopleSoft, SAP, and Siebel would love to talk to you. But given your company size I'd start by talking to Onyx Software (http://www.onyx.com).

They offer their CRM product with both a SQL Server and Oracle back-end.

And there are likely many others. I'd search for "CRM" with a decent search engine.
