Windows 2000 IP Configuration

        Host Name . . . . . . . . . . . . : myCombuterName
        Primary DNS Suffix  . . . . . . . :
        Node Type . . . . . . . . . . . . : Broadcast
        IP Routing Enabled. . . . . . . . : No
        WINS Proxy Enabled. . . . . . . . : No
        DNS Suffix Search List. . . . . . : somedomain.com

As you notice my Primary DNS Suffix was empty.

I Added Primary DNS suffix and Oracle installer started to work. To do thi go "My computer" - properties ->NetworkIdentifigation -> properties -> More -> "Primary DNS suffix of this computer" just but there your dns suffix and it should work.
