oracle9i/6i matrix report

Hi,

I have developed a matrix report(rdf) in oracle9i and i saw the output on web. I observed that i didnot see lines between rows and coloumns when desformat=html.

ex :             Col1    Col2
          Row1     1      2
          Row2     3      4

If desformat = pdf then i am able to see lines between rows and coloumns.

How can i get lines between rows and columns when desformat = HTML
