JDeveloper Error while opening JDBC connection

Hi I got this error when I'm trying to connect to a postgresql database or
a mysql db.
I configure these connections and test them trough the connection wizard and
these tests was succefull.
Then I begin making a buisness component package with each of theses connections it's working fine to.
The problem appear when I make a JSP buisness component project and try to run
it.
