There's nothing to prevent people posting in Russian to these groups, though the number of helpful responses may be somewhat low. Certainly I've seen questions in German and French answered.

ORA-01002 fetch из последовательности
Причина: В программе языка хозяина, звонок FETCH был выдан из последовательности. Успешно парсе-и-ispoln4et звонок необходимо выдать перед fetch. Это может произойти если была сделана попытка FETCH от активно комплекта, то после того как все показатели будут fetched. Это может быть причинено путем fetching от ОТБОРНОГО ДЛЯ стрелки УТОЧНЕНИЯ после поручать. Петля стрелки PL/SQL подразумеваем делает fetches и может также причинить эту ошибку. Действие: Parse и исполните заявление sql перед пытать fetch данные.
