Help me, please

I have Oracle 8.1.7

JavaMail was added in oracle and static Java -procedures was written for sending/getting mails. These procedures are called every from JOBS every 10 seconds. The next situation happens periodically.

When JOB runs, on the next iteration JOB is not available, but not FAILURE. JOB is ok, but the session of ORACLE may be not available for a long time(max - 22 hours). KILL SESSION doesn't delete it, but marks it as deleted. Only ORAKILL can do it.

Really the session on the mail server doesn't exist.

For mail server is used Red Hat Linux, Kernel version

2.2.22 with glibc-2.2.4.13 + imap-2001a-15
