Applications developed in Oracle J Developer can be deployed to any J2EE environment. You can simply attach the Sun One Server in the IDE and then deploy your application to the server; assuming it is an J2EE application. Submitting your WAR should suffice.

If this is a large project with thousands of files, then you might want to consider an alternate approach.
