Myself I use the standard OEM and DBA studio that come bundled, I also play with Tora - kind of toady like but I was warned by someone that you have to be carefull with it. For schema browsing it does the job though and it a little easier to use than DBA studio.
I've also downloaded OMLET, which looks like it tries to look and feel like Spotlight, but I think it is VERY much in its infancy and I havent been able to get everything it needs in sync to get it even working yet, so I cant even tell you what its like to work with.
