You can find it in the
Oracle Forms Developer Online Manuals...
The shortcut should be in
Start -> Programs -> Oracle Forms & Reports 6i Doc - <dev_home>
Or Click windows -> run and enter :
E:\Dev6i\BIN\NV60.EXE
Replace E:\Dev6i with the developer home directory. :)
