[Quoted] It sounds like you're talking about not only separate instances, but separate [Quoted] databases as well. I'd say look at tuning the problem database. But to prove [Quoted] it's not Forms, have you tried querying the data with SQLPlus to see if the [Quoted] problem still occurs?
