backup question

- today is 3rd of OCT, now i want to discard all the changes for today on a [Quoted] database(archivelog mode), that means i need to use incomplete recovery to recover the DB until time '2002-10-02:23:59:59'.
- I don't have any backups of this db.
- I have all the archive log files.
Question
Is it possibe to recover the db to that particular time using incomplete recovery?
