ORA-03113 after half hour of inactivity

I'm using these programs to connect to an Oracle9i database (9.0.1.3.0) which is part of an Oracle e-Bussiness Suite (11.5.7) installation. On my PC (W2K) I've got serveral ORACLE_HOMES, but the Primary ORACLE_HOME is set to an Oracle Developer 6i patchset 9 installation.
This problem is really frustrating since I'm using these tools everyday but I can't find the cause of this. This should have something to do with SQL*Net right? I hope anyone knows where I should start looking for ...
