Imp.exe & Dr Watson error

Hi all,
When I run imp.exe with full database option, it runs fine. But whenever I use any other options such as fromuser or tables, I am getting Dr Watson errors.
The oracle version is 8.1.5 and it is on a WinNT server. Any idea?
