Actually you can download a 150K jpg image of a poster which shows the
Oracle 9i v$views from TUSC consulting:
http://www.tusc.com/oracle/download/posters.html
And you can get the poster itself mailed to you for a nominal fee. Maybe you are looking for something like this when you say "download the data dictionary"?
