Forms 6i patch 9

Hi All,
We currently work under hp ux with forms 6i and have recently installed patch 9. We now experience the following problem: The icon for our lov button has changed. It looks as if it has moved to the top of the button. All the other buttons/icons seems to be correct. All the patchs etc. are the same as before installing patch 9. Has anybody else encountered the same problems and know a solution?
