Dynamical addition of nodes in h.tree

I'm looking for a sample form (FMB) or code showing how to dynamically add tree nodes in hierarchical tree control according to current selection of node.

I'm looking for a sample form (FMB) or code showing how to dynamically add tree nodes in hierarchical tree control according to current selection of node.
I have master-detail-subdetail tables scenario and because there is a lot of data in master and detail tables I'd like to create hierarchical tree but 3rd level (subdetails) nodes to be added in h.tree only when I select particular node in 2nd level (or 1st level). How to do that?
