Modelling Degenerate Dimensions in OSA

I have a query.... Can any of the users please let me know how one can model degenerate dimensions in OSA. Degenerate Dimensions implies dimensions that do not have a hierarchy but are just a one off field, for instance invoice number.
Is it possible to do that in OSA? If so how? If not, what are the alternatives that one has to do such a modelling? Please respond fast, this is urgent.
