Oracle Applications Object Library - how can I install it?

Hi, all.

I am on Forms builder 6.0.8.11.3
and I am trying to use Oracle Applications Object Library (as was wrote in manuals chapter 2 "Designing Visually Effective Applications")

Anyone please tell me what must I do to install this component. I was not found any *.olb files on the ORA_HOME .
