Sharing files over the Internet is easy and secure with FileSharing.NET.

DDDV Corp has released v1.5 of FileSharing.NET, a Windows 2000/XP program that allows you to Host a secure Web-Based file sharing system and does not require any additional software or Services. Not even additional HTML page design. FileSharing.NET makes Uploading and Downloading files easy, intuitive and secure.

Everyone agrees, a Web Interface is the best interface for users. Users just need to click and move their mouse. Accomplishing all this you would need to create a Web-Base application, install a HTTP-server such as Apache or IIS, then install and configure a Database server such as Oracle or MySQL and then edit some HTML/SCRIPT pages. This is way too much work and way too difficult.

FileSharing.NET has it's own built in HTTP engine, database engine, integrated HTML/Script pages, powerful user management engine, message board engine and secure file Upload/Download engine, does not rely on other applications. Users just need to install FileSharing.NET and no other software. All without additional configuration.

FileSharing.NET's powerful user manager allows remote visitors to create their own accounts remotely with any Web Browser. FileSharing.NET System administrator's can flag the account as "Guest", "User" or "PowerUser". When a new user creates their new account (through their Web Browser), they must enter a real existing Email address. The system then generates a new random password and emails it to the original Email Address that the User used to request the Account.

This feature validates new users that are signing in to the system, making sure that they are providing at least one form of Valid Information. Once the User receives the "Proof" notification from the System, the user can use the "random password" to log back in to the system. Once the new user is authenticated, the user is granted permission to change the random password to a private and secure password of their choice.

FileSharing.NET offers a secure file sharing engine. System administrators can build private rooms to share private messages and files. Users that have valid and individualized access to these rooms can Browse, Download or Upload files at their own leisure. Users can create their own individual rights to the files that they have uploaded. Visitors downloading file<s> must answer a customized question (created by file owner/up loader) in order to retrieve the file.

FileSharing.NET is Operating System Independent. The FileSharing.NET Server runs on a Windows Environment, however; from a Client side, it is available to any Windows, Mac, Linux or Unix environment. With a Web Browser, remote Users can share any type of files and/or Messages.

FileSharing.NET Requirements:

An Intel Platform 200MHZ or faster
256MB Ram
TCP/IP (configured)
20MB HD space
Windows 2000/XP.
purchase price of $58.00 USD.

A Fully Functional Evaluation of the all new FileSharing.NET can be downloaded from DDDV Corp Homepage:
