Runtime reports misteries

Despite dozens of attempts of guessing the proper syntax, I couldn't find a way to execute the command for displaying the help suggested by the Reference manual of the Report Builder, pag 468, neither on Win98, nor on Win2K.

none of them works.
The most exciting thing about this mistery lies in that it doesn't even disturb you with such a silly message like "syntax error" or "bad argument value" or just "go to hell", it quits as if everything was perfectly normal.
If anybody knows a workaround, please come forward...
