Citrix disconnects

Does anyone use Citrix? I have 3 Citrix servers running Developer 6I. They are talking to a Digital ES40 running Tru64 Unix 5.1. I'm having a lot of users who's screen hangs, or freezes up when in an Oracle form. They have to do a ctrl-alt-delete to kill their session. The Citrix servers are ProLiants running Windows 2000 server SP2. I would appreciate any information on this. Thank you.
