Procedure Builder - Getting Started

I would like to work thru Oracle's Procedure Builder - Getting Started (Windows 95/NT) (part # A58768-01). However, I don't have the sample scripts listed on page A-2: tutorbld.sql, etc. Oracle could not locate them for me either as this document is now 4 years old. Would anyone have them? Supposedly they should be in C:\Orant\tools\doc06\us\pbgs06.
