Migration from Forms 4.5 to Forms 6.0 with V2 Triggers

Hi
We are migrating from Forms 4.5 to Forms 6.0 and still have V2 triggers. I am looking for a tool to make the conversion to PL/SQL triggers automatically. If I understand it correctly, we cannot use tools like FormsGenie and Logical*2->3 as we have no SQL*Forms.
Does anybody know a tool which we can use?
