export/import

Dovrei fare in oracle un export/import dati, entro in console, mi collego come user SYS, quando tento di fare export mi da un prob "EITHER Preferred Credentials are not set or the username and/or password are invalid for this node. You must set the Preferred Credentials for 'ntoracle' in the Oracle Enterprise Manager Console",non capisco il perchè. L'utente SYS ha tutti i ruoli e privileggi. Consigli?
