PSP_Mail Version 1.12 is the ultimate tool you need to send virtually any type of e-mail from your Oracle8i database without the need for any external scripts, procedures or JavaMail API. Built around standard UTL_SMTP package, PSP_Mail adds automatic DNS lookups, support for any number of attachments (LOBs or OS files on db server), targeting multiple recipients, Base64 encoding of message body and/or headers (to send messages in any national languages) and more.

PSP_Mail requires Oracle8i Release 2 (8.1.6) or later with JServer option (Java VM) on any platform, plus network connection with a DNS server or an SMTP relay server. That's it - nothing else is needed to get it working.
