Discoverer table EUL_QPP_STATISTICS: is there a legal way to shrink it?

When I asked the Discoverer administrator what the table was used for and if Discoverer had any type of purge process related to it they said something about it didn't work and turned away.

When I asked the Discoverer administrator what the table was used for and if Discoverer had any type of purge process related to it they said something about it didn't work and turned away.
Does anyone out there have any knowledge about this table, and if there is a purge process, or if it can be safely trucated etc....
