Why not use SQL*XL to upload your data into Oracle. Use Excel to open the csv file and use SQL*XL to post all the data to Oracle with a few mouse clicks. There is no difficult control file to be constructed. Just tell SQL*XL where the data is and sit back and relax while SQL*XL does the hard work.
