Hi All,
When you 'SET TIMING ON' in SQL*Plus 8.1.7 your results are followed with the time it took to process the statement like this:
9 rows selected.
Elapsed: 00:01:105.47
What kind of units has Oracle invented here? In earlier versions of SQL*Plus it was HH:MM:SS:mm. Note that the real life time it took to execute the query, measured on a wristwatch, was around 1 minute and 50 seconds.
Any help is appreciated,
Thanks,
--Dan
