Can't debug the forms

Hi,
I have a great problem with Developer Forms 6.0.35.3 (patch 7). I can't debug the forms. Always see the same message error. FRM-40735 and the ORA-06508. PL/SQL could not find program unit.
If runs the forms with the option "Run Form", thats rights !!!
Any idea.
