question: cannot use forms api (ifd2f60.lib)

Dear all,
I am new to Oracle Developer 6i.
According to a document from Oracle, we can write C programs to utilize
forms api (ifd2f60.lib in %oracle_home%\forms60\api) in order to apply
massive changes to forms (e.g. font size, add menu roles, etc.). I
encounter the following error when I attempt to link ifd2f60.lib
I am new to Oracle Developer 6i.
