If you go to the OTN (Oracle Technology Network), you will be able to find some documents concerning FFI (Foreign Function Interface) and user exits.

"Common built-in Packages" and "Guidelines for Building Applications"  show some examples how to implement user exits with Forms6i.

you probably need to register your user id to follow the link, though.
