A lot. I have done a project for one the the country's largest S&L.

But the problem here is that your question is totally without context. How many simultaneous users? How many employees? What reports? How much data? How about batch loads? I mean you haven't provided enough mental horsepower to this to do much more than pick a word processing program ... much less a relational database.
