I eventually tried an older browser and managed to get past the errors on the Oracle web site. I got as far as the download page for JDeveloper. It asked me to log in with my Oracle Technology Network ID, so I did, and then I clicked download, and then it asked me to log in again, and said I wasn't registered. So I went back back and tried registering again, and it said someone with my userid and e-mail had already registered. So I went to try and download, and it said I wasn't registered.

I think Oracle needs a new web developer. This kind of thing makes a company look really bad.
