sqlldr decimal to number conversion

I see it is not possible to specify like "firmnr number(2)" in the
.par file.
Actually if I unset the environment variable NLS_LANG , sqlldr loads
the data but when I set NLS_LANG=german_germany.we8iso8859p9 it turns
an ORA-01722: invalid number error, I need any help....
