REPOST: JDeveloper and the Oracle web site

[Quoted] I read about JDeveloper and thought I'd go check it out, but anything other than the main Oracle page bombs out with a blank page and an error. I can't even e-mail them to tell them about the problem with their site, because instead of an e-mail address at the bottom of the page, they have a link to the Contact Us page -- which bombs out with a blank page and an error.

Not filling me with confidence. Anyone know if this is a short-term problem or a long-term problem?
