Help: Run EXP 7.0 On Linux DB

Hello:
I would like to run exp across the network. I do not have enough disk space
to dump to the drive on the Database. The target database is Solaris Oracle
7.3.3 in 7.0 Compat mode.
The machine I want to run from is Linux 9iDB. The 9iDB exp will not work
against the 7DB.
Does anyone have a way to run exp from the Linux machine (or store the output to the Linux machines drives)?
