Reports 6i: conditional formatting

A question concerning the above:
I have a report which has many details listed below a set of headings, thus:
Invoice Amount
------- --------
1 100.00 2 700.00 3 250.00
...
The details are in a repeating group.
[Quoted] If no records are brought back by the repeating group, can I hide/suppress the headings?
Any help would be appreciated.
