MSVC 6 && PRO C/C++ is there anyway to do this?

Is there any way to get PRO C/C++ on the NT 4 platform, so it works with MSVC 6, so as to be able to throw bounds checker against C code with embedded sql, that is destine to run on a UNIX box?
