Migrating OAS-4.0.8.1 to another server

We have a Sun with OAS 4.0.8.1 and we want to get rid of this Sun and start another one.

We're considering install Oracle in the new Sun and then just copy the directory where oas is installed. Also copy all the ENVironment data and dump the database.

Is this a good idea ?
