How to link Oracle Form/Report ??

Dear Oracle Experts,
Our programmer has developed a few Oracle
Form using Oracle Form Builder 6i. And now, we would like to deploy it under our
Form/Report Server , so that user can using JInitiator at their client PC to
access the Form/Report through Http.
And, the problem is , how can I let the form
run over the www with URL ? let's say, when a user type in http://my.domain.com/dev60cgi/xxxx ,
and it will automatically start up the JInitiator and the developed form.
