AFAIK, IE 5.0 doesn't work with the native JRE - you should use JInitiator.
IE 5.5 and up is OK. There's also a problem with different JInitiator versions...
I'd like to know what is a stable combination of versions Forms, JInitiator,
and forms server (and I mean all 5 version levels!)
