Troubles configuring Reports Server

I´ve installed the Reports Server on a Win2000 as a service, but everytime I try to start the service I get an error 186.

I´ve installed the Reports Server on a Win2000 as a service, but everytime I try to start the service I get an error 186.
In the Server-Logfile I found the message 'Daemon could not listen to port'. What went wrong. Can anybody help.
