Oracle transparent Gateway error

Hello,

I'm trying to connect an Oracle 8.1.6 database and a SQL Server7.

The problem is that I'm able to do an insert in the SQL database, while in Oracle's Database, but when I try to make the same insert using a PL/SQL procedure, I get the following error.
