Check the too's docs for the exact type of .dmp file it is..If it is an Oracle dmp then use oracle Imp ( Import ) to load it..you will need to know the specifications of the data however, so read the docs very well...( IMHO, there should be detailed info in the tool's docs as to the steps needed to import the data..if not, I wonder about the tool...)
